June 2021
A few months back, Team Hatcher proudly unveiled our firm’s rebranding and updated visual identity. Our mission, vision, and values now define our purpose and guide how we use marketing and communications to amplify voices, motivate audiences, and empower people to boldly reach for their goals. And we couldn’t be more excited about the visual identity the team created to capture our brand.
But, as we frequently counsel our clients, the external-facing brand is just the beginning. The execution of the rebrand is hard work if it is to truly permeate the organization and inform our work. We continue down this path together, including better defining our difference and showcasing our culture. Of note, it was time for our website to become an experience of the Hatcher difference. Without further ado, we invite all of you to visit our new site!
To further the execution of our rebrand, we are thrilled to announce the arrival of a key piece of the Hatcher puzzle. Maia Alexander is our new Vice President of Talent and Culture and will be leading talent acquisition and retention, professional development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are delighted to have her on board to enrich and strengthen our team and culture.
In this edition of Spark, Maia shares her expertise on how to build a hybrid work environment in the weeks and months ahead. In the spirit of branding, we are proud to introduce a new product that we launched last month called the Marketing Brand Navigator. And last but certainly not least, we’ve had the privilege of supporting Anne Arundel County in the development and execution of a centralized communications strategy regarding COVID-19 vaccines, and share some lessons learned from the collaboration.
Together, we are powered by purpose. Let’s do something great!
