Anika Hossain

Anika has more than five years of experience in human resources and administration, successfully managing and coordinating office operations and all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment and retention, employee development, benefits administration, and legal compliance.  

Prior to joining The Hatcher Group, Anika worked at Woodley House Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to providing mental health supportive services and housing for D.C. residents. At Woodley House, she served as the HR and administrative coordinator, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with organizational goals and fostered a positive work culture. Anika was formerly a residential mental health counselor at Woodley House, Vinfen, and CASCAP, Inc.  

Anika graduated from Smith College with a B.A. in clinical psychology and a minor in studio art.
