Kim Remsberg

Kim Remsberg is a strategic financial partner with two decades of experience driving financial strategy and operational excellence.  

Prior to joining Hatcher, Kim steered the financial ship at the Manoff Group Inc., a mission-driven, woman-owned small business with global impact, specializing in developing communication products for social and behavior change. In this role, she provided financial leadership and directed every aspect of accounting, operations, and compliance, as well as the administration of federal grants and contracts for the company. In addition, she managed payroll and benefits for a diverse, multicultural team working across the United States and in seven other countries. 

Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and an M.S. in accounting, both from the University of Delaware. Originally from Laurel, Maryland, Kim lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running half-marathons, listening to live music, and volunteering with Kiva (a nonprofit empowering the underserved through microloans).
