Lily Brock

Lily Brock is a senior proposal specialist experienced in business development, marketing, and creative writing.  

Prior to joining the Hatcher Group, Lily worked as a proposal manager at Creative Systems and Consulting (now ICF) where she coordinated, wrote, and edited RFI, RFP, and RFQ written responses and presentations for federal contracts at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, Lily managed several winning proposal responses and revamped client-facing graphics and proposal materials. 

In 2020, Lily graduated from the University of Virginia (UVA) with a distinguished major in American Studies. As a student at UVA, Lily interned at the Seymour Agency, the UVA Admissions Department, UVA Curry School of Education, and the Legal Aid Justice Center. Additionally, Lily ran a supper club during her time at UVA—doing everything from marketing, budgeting, and building furniture to cooking, plating, and serving generous helpings of moussaka and heaping strawberry shortcake trifles.
