Madeline is a versatile communications and marketing specialist with nearly a decade of experience crafting innovative and effective strategies to achieve mission objectives. Madeline develops compelling proposal responses across Hatcher’s client sectors.  

Madeline brings a combination of nonprofit communications expertise and human resources proposal development and management to The Hatcher Group. Before joining Hatcher, they won seven figures of new business as a public sector proposal writer; served as the primary copyeditor at multiple organizations; produced high-quality research memos, news updates, and donor newsletters; and planned a policy conference on selected findings from the first year of Affordable Care Act implementation. 

Madeline graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a bachelor’s degree in politics. A Rhode Island native, Madeline loves trips to the beach, caring for their houseplants, writing poetry and fiction, and sharing homemade baked goods.
