Maggie Petrella is a resourceful digital data analyst with a passion for problem-solving. She supports The Hatcher Group’s digital initiatives by leveraging data to tell meaningful and actionable stories about the progress of digital campaigns. She seeks to inform our clients on how they can make the most of their digital presence to have the strongest impact on their desired audiences.
Prior to joining The Hatcher Group, Maggie was a Business Analyst at M&T Bank. In that role, she advocated for contextualizing data and considering the human impact of business decisions. She developed thorough reporting on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on customer well-being, and informed strategic initiatives that impacted a network of nearly 700 retail branches. Maggie combined quantitative and qualitative data to understand and deepen customers’ engagement with digital services.
Maggie is an alumna of the University at Buffalo, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. After graduating, she completed a one-year Management Development Program to hone her professional skills.
