Mallory Werthamer

Mallory Werthamer is a detail-oriented event planner with a passion for bringing people together in meaningful ways. 

Prior to joining The Hatcher Group, Mallory was a senior meeting planner at the Investment Company Institute where she was responsible for overseeing the logistics of multi-day conference events, multi-day virtual events, webinars, and committee meetings. She has extensive experience with stakeholder, speaker, and vendor management, and excels at bringing event goals to fruition. Mallory began her career in events at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy planning multi-day conferences, creating event promotions, and managing event registrations. 

Mallory earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2019 and became certified in Virtual Event and Meeting Management in 2020. She holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and history from the University of Maryland.
