Maya Roberts

Maya Roberts is a self-motivated graphic designer, passionate about bringing change through design and creativity.   

Before joining The Hatcher Group as a full-time graphic designer, Maya worked at Hatcher as a design intern and design fellow. As part of Hatcher’s design team, she now supports internal and client projects by developing social media graphics, proposal covers, logo redesigns, digital ads, and more. 

She graduated from the University of Baltimore, summa cum laude, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in digital communication in 2019, and her master’s degree in integrated design in 2022. As both a student and alum at the University of Baltimore, Maya worked with undergraduate and graduate design students as a tutor and adjunct professor. In these roles, she provided guidance, instruction, and constructive feedback in design principles, software, and projects, while strengthening her own skills in design, communication, and collaboration.
