Roya Rahimi

Roya Rahimi, integrated production manager, supports the design team on all creative projects, print and digital, to ensure deliverables are produced and implemented efficiently and smoothly.

Prior to joining The Hatcher Group, Roya drew on her experience as a creative marketing manager at an independent Bethesda school. There, she led a wide range of communications initiatives, from photography and videography to design, print production, social media, and digital. She also actively contributed to the school community by taking on student-facing leadership roles, such as overseeing yearbook production and chaperoning a global education trip to Morocco. This experience allowed her to gain firsthand knowledge of how different cultures approach and implement the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Roya graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in communications focusing on digital media and visual communication.

Outside of work, Roya enjoys exploring the world through travel, indulging her passions for art and film, and spending quality time with loved ones, including her beloved cat, Moon.
